Manager - Social Media - Ayurveda Healthcare Platform (2-4 yrs)

Our client is a Delhi based healthcare platform that is dedicated to Ayurveda and provides wellness solutions to its customers that is tailored and fine-tuned to their requirements. They have created a unique balance of Ayurvedic herbs and western medicine to come up with courses and medical advice which will not only rid their patients of the illness but also helps them bring the body back into balance.

Their services are available across the globe, with over 65% of their client base being from US, UK, and Canada. The company's primary focus is on Ayurveda and taking the ancient knowledge to anyone who wishes to bring back balance to their health and apply the tools in their everyday life.

As a Social Media Manager, you will administer social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating or managing original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

What you will do:


- Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy

- Defining most important social media KPIs

- Managing and overseeing social media content

- Staying up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

- Using social media marketing tools such as Buffer

- Attending educational conferences

- Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

- Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggesting content optimization

- Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

- Hiring and training other in the team

- Providing constructive feedback

- Adhering to rules and regulations

- Presenting to Senior Management

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Familiarity with web design and publishing

- Excellent multitasking skills

- Great leadership skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

- Experience: 2 to 5 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 6,00,000 to 12,00,000
