Manager - Social Media - Advertising Firm (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Social Media accounts for global pages; focusing on Linkedin, Facebook & Twitter.
- Responsible for designing and developing of a comprehensive digital communications and social media strategy, incorporating multiple social media platforms across APAC countries.
- Ideate and execute social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically to identify and resolve problems
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence
- Oversee day-to-day implementation, operations and identify competitive Social Media pages
Content:
- Create and schedule posts on LI, Twitter and FB.
- Work with design team to create content relevant for different countries across Asia Pacific.
- Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
Engagement:
- Identify and connect with/follow key social influencers who have relevant networks for our target audiences.
- Execute engagement tactics to deliver a target number of reshares of key content.
- Identify and advise on highly shared audience-related content topics using social media analytics tools.
Tracking & Reporting:
- Use event and ROI tracking and provide weekly reporting on clicks, shares and conversions.
- Report weekly on the most effective content, channel and approach and focus further budget accordingly.
- To manage and report on paid social, aimed at improving performance and value for money.
- Must have worked in B2B Industry managing campaigns aligned to the similar industry.
