Responsibilities:

Social Media, Blogs and Search engine marketing

We are looking for a creative SMO and SEM Manager who will be responsible for company's social media channels and marketing. The person would develop and implement a social media marketing strategy and plan and this would include:

Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities including:

- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.

- Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written)

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

- Oversee design and launch of social media channels. Post launch deliberate planning and goal setting for the channels viz Facebook, twitter, youtube, linkedin etc.

- Development of brand awareness and online reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

- Using a range of techniques including paid search and PPC programs.

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
