Manager- Share Point 2010

A LEADING IT CONSULTING FIRM HIRING FOR MANAGER -SHARE POINT 2010 BASED OUT OF HYDERABAD.

Assistant Manager – Share Point 2010 (1 Position) Salary – Rs 12 lakhs fixed +10% Variable. Experience – 7-9yrs (1and half to 2yrs –Team management, Project Management) Hands on Technical- Share Point 2010.

2) Manager – Share Point 2010 ( Individual Contributor) (1 Position) Salary –Rs 13.50 Lakhs (Fixed) Gross salary would be 15.50-16 lakhs Exp- 9-11yrs- Should be hands on technical, exp on sharepoint 2010.

Positions are based at Hyderabad. It will be a morning shift.

The key skills required:

- 7 - 9 years experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with exposure to MS technologies with a focus on .NET, SQL and SharePoint.

- 5 - 7 years experience in building and configuring enterprise solutions in SharePoint including out of the box or custom development of web parts, master pages, layouts, content types, workflows and forms (with or without InfoPath), search and content syndication.

- SharePoint Portal or WSS Administration including site collections and sub-sites, users, groups and roles, security, libraries and lists for both local and global use.

- 1 - 3 years experience in designing SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer.

- Knowledge and experience with agile and object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, notations, and processes: Rational Unified Process, Unified Modeling Language (UML), refactoring

- Experience in documenting the architecture and design artifacts using a tool Visio, Enterprise Architect or any other comparable tool.

- Experience with the .NET frameworks: C#/Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, ASP, JavaScript, Transactional development, asynchronous processing, Web Services, HTML and DHTML, XML, XSLT, LDAP, .NET Enterprise Services. Candidate is required to be proficient with .Net technologies.

- Experience designing and/or developing solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

- Experience with server software including IIS, MS SharePoint Server or WSS, Enterprise Search engines, MSMQ, Active Directory, .NET remoting, Workflow Systems such as WWF or K2.NET is a plus

- Experience working on applications for Global use is a plus

- Strong understanding of infrastructure and security concepts. Working experience with server farms, firewalls, networks, and distributed systems a plus

- Proficient in SQL Server. Candidate is required to be proficient in the Database Concepts and Internals.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Flexibility, energy and ability to work well with others in a team environment

- Microsoft Certified Software Developer (MCSD) and/or Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) a plus but not required

- Should be able to handle a team of 15 members on day to day management including performance assessment.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in technical fieldExcellent organizational and communication skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and ability to work productively with all levels in a global organization

- Expert problem solver. Finding simple answers to complex questions or problems.

- Demonstrated project management capabilities. The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
