SUMMARY:
The Shared Services Manager will have oversight of India Shared Services Center. The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for managing staffing and training all shared services employees. He or she will be responsible for the day-to-day oversite of office space management, and tracking of all performance metrics related to the shared services center. The ideal candidate will be adept in strategic organizational design and development. He or she will be able to help drive continuous improvement in the shared services center to help drive corporate-wide efficiencies.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shared Services Center. Responsible activities related to recruiting, hiring, and developing all shared services personnel. Manages employee discipline and terminations as needed.
- Collaborates with functional manager to measure and develop shared service employees' performance.
- Establish, track and report on key performance indicators for the shared service center. Management reporting dashboards.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to standardized operating procedures to drive continuous improvement and heightened quality of the Shared Services Team.
- Review and implement recommend new or improved softwares to support greater efficiencies across the company.
- Manage office rental, supplies expenses, etc.
