Job Description::

Primary skill- Service Management

1. Oracle EBS SDM

2. Service Delivery Management with Oracle background

3. Person should be able to create document like Project plan, RACI matrix , Project schedule QA documents, SOW, Risk, Issue Tracker and various other docs required for Service Delivery

4. Maintain and create various project template like Requirement gathering, high level design etc.

5. Should be able to handle the Team and their deliveries

6. Should be able to handle the Client

7. Good verbal and written Communication Skill

8. Shift timing 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM(UK shift)
