The candidate will be responsible for the Entire Service Delivery post sales viz., Installation, Inventory Management, Regular Health check-ups, Audits, Service recovery, Account management and Retention through the B2B Team for PAN India B2B and MDU (Multi-dwelling unit/ Multi dwelling unit) Accounts / Building. a.After sales service b.Escalation Management c.Process and Design Automation d.Problem Solving e.Partner management f.Account Management g.Network design &amp; Layout Topology h.Understanding Network - Installation &amp; Service TAT Key responsibility of Service Head - B2B &amp; MDU is to ensure Installation and Fault repair TAT are met within timelines as per defined SLAs - Account Management - Regular Health Check visits on all Key accounts himself along with monitoring and ensuring all TSMs are visiting Key accounts as part of Account Management - MDU Building Management - Service head is required to Approve the BOM (Bills of material) and hence lay down robust processes and mechanism to avoid wastage and ensure cost optimization. Also, Regular Health Check and Port Utilization Compliance to be Audited in Top MDU Buildings
