- Recruiting experience of 3 to 7 years in the tech space.

- A proficient understanding of the technologies deployed in the

- Financial Services / investment banking space would be an added advantage

- The ideal candidate for the Sr. Specialist Talent Acquisition (Non Tech Hiring) should have:

- Recruiting experience of 3 to 7 years in the tech/Non tech space.

- A proficient understanding of the Financial Services / investment banking space would be an added advantage

- An MBA from tier 1 college is preferred for all the roles but not mandatory
