Manager / Sr. Manger HR - For Mumbai based candidates only. - MNC client in the retail and mall space. - Position reports to Head Human Resources. - Currently an Individual Contributor role. Responsibilities : Indicative, not restricted to : - Manage complete L&D portfolio of the organization - Support Head HR in Talent Management and Engagement. - Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Client is looking for someone who has 6 to 10 years of work experience. Strong Learning and Development experience. But now has the interest to do a generalist HR role, with L&D portfolio. - Preferably from services industry - hospitality, travel, airlines, retail, malls, hospitals & healthcare, entertainment, etc. - Candidate should have a predisposition towards being eager to learn and do beyond the JD, a passionate individual with ability to work in a flat organization.
