Manager/Senior Manager - Visual Merchandising - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-8 yrs)

We have multiple openings for Senior Manager and Manager for Visual Merchandising role for an Ecommerce Client with its headquarters .

Manager : 18/19 from MBA Tier 1

Senior Manager 1 : 16/17 from MBA Tier 1

Diversity candidates preferred(Female)

Merchandising :

- Craft the user journey for a mobiles browser on platform by creating relevant merchandising content

- Make the category landing page of the category rich with shopper centric content such as listicles, Product Recommendations, Buying Guide

- Create engaging content to drive maximum impact for merchandising led traffic in order to generate increase in CTR (Click through Rate) and conversion

- Experiment with different callouts and imagery to ensure there is no fatigue /monotony in the communication for the customer

- Take merchandising actions across brands, models and growth led initiatives such as affordability led levers and Value Added Services (VAS)

- Closely coordinate with the merchandising analytics resource within the team to understand the impact of the initiatives and keep coming up with request refreshes and more impactful callouts in order to drive higher engagement

- Closely work with the Ads team and suggest the most impactful callouts for the models that are being monetised.

Go to Market Strategy :

- Work on the go-to-market planning for the launches and site wide events to create intrigue and hype among customers via merchandising channels.

- Assimilate customer reviews/expert opinions about the model and come up with a refreshed store to drive sustenance for the model by dialing up credibility.

Skills Required :

- Consumer Understanding - Understand the consumer needs and design merchandising solutions to address the same
