Manager/Senior Manager - Valuation - BFSI

- Manager / Senior Manager will lead in the execution of valuation engagements. 

Key responsibilities will include:

- Performing independent valuations of businesses, tangible and intangible assets for various purposes listed above;

- Creating/analyzing financial models and analyzing commercial data underlying financial forecasts;

- Supervising and mentoring senior associates and associates on valuations engagements;

- Building and maintaining client relationships before, during and after engagements;

- Helping in pitching for new engagements/clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals;

- Working closely with Partners, Directors and staff on client management and development activities.

- Be a qualified CA / MBA with good experience in Valuation
