Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury - Manufacturing Firm

About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Treasury Manager/ Senior Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounts, the objective of this role is to compile, provide and manage day to day financial transactions in order to provide forward looking financial information.

This is a key position having greater responsibility of supporting company stakeholders with their financial decision process.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Preparing and Monitoring the daily cash flow of the division with close coordination with team members

2. Preparing and Reporting Cash flow forecasting and highlights the critical scenario

3. Monitor and reporting the funds movement between divisions

4. Ensuring the availability of funds for Capex and WC Purpose

5. Identifying various risks and liquidity gaps in advance and helping company in maintaining prudent liquidity levels

6. Monitoring and timely payments of vendor dues

7. Handling start to end process for banking documentation includes dealing with legal team of internal and banker

8. Monthly Stock & Debtors Statement for DP calculation

9. Monthly /Quarterly submissions to Banks

10. Vendor financing & Lease finance management

11. Interacting with Corporate for Divisional teams for Funding requirement

12. Coordinate for Capex Approval, FCF calculation for Capex proposal

13. Ensuring timely completion of Data entries in system

14. Dealing with Internal and External auditors

15. Fixed Asset Capitalization and Capex Management

16. Timely Online payment of TDS & GST & TDS Return

Knowledge and Expertise:

- Minimum 9+ years of experience working in similar position with similar outputs.

- Effective at working with stakeholders in an emerging business environment.
