Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury - Financial Services Firm - CA/ICWA (2-6 yrs)
Our client is a leading Financial services firm, looking hire Manager / Senior Manager to handle Treasury management reporting to the CFO.
Looking for:
- Chartered Accountant or ICWA qualified with 5-6 years of work experience.
- Management Degree in Finance with 8-10 years in Finance
- At least3-5 years of managing Treasury and Cash management operations in an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Cash flow management including preparation of forecast for various inflows and outflows
- Driving process automation, Cash Management System, electronic payments, card payments, collection management, etc. including the introduction of new modes of payment including online modes.
- Maintaining cordial relationships with banks at all times for a seamless treasury operation including investments.
- Reviewing bank charges across banking operations and negotiate for competitive rates in the market
- Manage all audit requirements related to Bank Reconciliation including monitoring reports on collection delays, cheque dishonored cases and efficiency of cash management process
- Providing best cash management process across locations by leveraging the strength on banking relationship and best bargaining skills.
- Providing required data/documents for New / renewal of banks credit facilities and coordinating with bank team for execution of agreements / transaction documents
- Reviewing data/documents related to treasury for Income Tax Assessments cases
- Study and prepare reports on the financial and capital markets.
- Make sure all compliance are met. Tracking the investments, overall debt exposure on a daily basis.
Role based in Chennai, looking for candidate who can join within 30 days.
