Urgent hiring in a Leading Transmission Products Industry|| Position: Manager/Sr. Manager(Manufacturing of High Pressure Hoses)|| Location: Madurai


Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily / Monthly Production , RM , Consumable & Packing material Planning.

2. Meeting monthly Production target , Scrap , Short lengths & First pass yield targets.

2. Manpower planning , Trainings, developing & Multiskilling.

3. Tracking & improving OEE of all machines.

4. Upkeeping of machines & working area to aim Zero Breakdowns.

5. Internal & External audits handling & Compliance to the IMS.

6. Tracking & improving productivity per man hour.

7. Interaction with sales , marketing & Development teams.

8. Fulfilling internal & External customers requirements of Product , Performance & Deliveries.

9. Sustaining 5S and cleanliness up to an Always Tour Ready level of Shop Floor.

10.Leading & controlling a team of shift supervisors & Operators.

Key Result Areas:

1. Meeting monthly Production and KPI Targets

2. Productivity Improvement

3. Process Improvement & Cost saving

Skills / Competencies:

1. Production Planning & Process Controlling Skills.

2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & TPM

3. Knowledge on IATF / IMS / ISO / 5S systems

4. Labour Handling, Mentoring ability & Crisis Handling Skills

5. Communication, Interpersonal and Team Building Skills

6. Analytical ability & Problem Solving Techniques

7. Motivational and Man Management Skills

8. Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA, Quality tools

9. Knowledge in SAP tools
