Manager Trasition

Senior Manager Transition

Shift timings : General shift timings

Job location - Mumbai / Chennai (Work from office)

Knowledge and mandate experience:

- Should have minimum8-10 Years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience in BPO transitions

- For Senior Manager and 12-15 years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in BPO transitions

- Experience to include operations and transitions (multiple domains)

- Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management

- Experience in Contract Management

- Project management skills

- Worked on RFP/RFI and supported solutions

- Understanding and expertise in MS office, MS projects (Preferred)

Transition Management:

- Deliver all Transition Projects and Programme in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)

- Act as the central liaison for all transition activities

- Operationalize relevant contract SLA's and obligation

- Manage day to day Transition project communication with all stake holders (internal and external) and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency

- Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies

- Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues

- Create and effectively manage the stakeholders, incorporating all project work-streams

- Monitor the programe/project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented

- Review the outcomes of the Transition Projects to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve timely delivery.

Qualification : Graduation Mandate

Certification : PMP certification desirable but not mandatory
