Job Description : - Drive COPC (T&amp;TQ), FMEA and other compliance activities for the account - Meet and exceed client metrics: External &amp; Internal Quality metrics should be consistently Green - Analysis of utilization, efficiency and other process metrics - Undertake detailed process improvement studies and up skill the team members - Strengthen Quality management processes / framework to improve quality delivery - Accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics, the reporting needs of each of the client and set up / customize processes to seamlessly meet client's expectation - Drive Process controls &amp; Compliance in addition to managing Audit requirements - Meet and exceed client metrics: External &amp; internal quality metric should be consistently green - Conduct regular Audits check on team and daily governance - Keen understanding on Process Improvement Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred, Not mandatory - Propose corrective/improvement solutions based on facts and data, implement and monitor improvement projects in the process. - Provide quality floor support, feedback, refresher and corrective training through TNI - Responsible for leading, motivating, grooming and supervising the team of Quality Analysts, Support cross process / location teams. - Facilitate Quality and Compliance team to perform various audits - Manage New Hire &amp; Floor training end to end - Collect Data and perform analysis and RCA on metrics and publish reports accordingly - To understand company's needs on the Quality and process changes, and ensure that the team is aware of the same - Focus on identification and highlight any/all compliance defects and recommend training or action plan - To ensure consistency through calibration of Quality scores with the client scores by means of effective interactions with client Quality team - Client management Desired Skills : - Should be from a voice program. - Data Handling / data interpretation &amp; Analytical Skills / Quantitative skills - Should be Good in Planning, Decision making and Data Handling - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Should possess good Data Handling and Multi-Tasking Skills - Should be Detail oriented and have Strong organizational skills and Presentation skills - Good Time Management &amp; Interpersonal skills - Self-motivated &amp; Ability to drive initiatives to closure - Ability to deal with all levels of employees &amp; provide leadership - Extremely good verbal &amp; written communications skills - Six Sigma Expertise in Excel &amp; PowerPoint - Strong Customer Service orientation - Good People Management skills
