Our Client is in Huge Manufacturing Company with 10 plants spread across India and they are looking for Candidates from Manufacturing industry as Manager/Senior Manager Training.

Job Description: Position - Manager/Senior Manager Training.

Must possess the following expertise:-

- Experience & expertise in developing sound training setup from - Training need assessment/identification,

- Preparing training calendar, training coordination, training delivery & measurement of training effectiveness-

- Understanding of the comprehensive - Training Cycle- from Objective setting, Execution, to Evaluation.

- Expertise in - Content Development- with several modules/events designed by self are replicated at national level

- Expertise in Motivational & Soft Skills of Communication, negotiation skills & Leadership trainings

- Expertise in handling all modules and levels of Training

- Expertise in capabilities building of internal & external Team.

- Content development to make the training module more customised as per the business needs.

Education Required : Any Graduate with MBA/PGDM from Premier Institute.

Age Category : Max 35 Years

Place Posting : Kolkata

Must have headed Learning and Development dept of any reputed Manufacturing Company.
