Job Role:
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Implement various learning methods companywide
- Designing & deliver various behavioural program through different learning Channels
- Maintaining & track budgets, negotiate contracts and build relationship with vendors and consultants
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members
- Acting as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
- Manage LMS and create dashboards for business
Pre-requisite:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Should have conducted behavioural programs for Managers
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Proven experience in L & D (8-10 years of experience)
- Should be well versed with some of the psychometric Tools
