Manager/Senior Manager - Training - BFSI (4-8 yrs)
To lead and manage a team of trainer who would be responsible for ensuring training delivery aligned to business needs with specific focus on Service excellence for specific business line.
- To achieve the budgeted trainer man-days of delivery across the allocated skill set (as per the learning roadmaps)
- C.O.R.E. Project - Drive curriculum towards effectiveness
- Building a training framework to reduce complaints resulting through agent / CSO error
- Building effective training around most common complaints received in the contact Centre and build a resolution through simulation environment.
- Build training framework around various reports like service quality, BORG etc to plug any service gaps.
- Rollout of Learning Road maps
Skills and Knowledge
- 4 - 8 years plus of relevant experience - Sales, Training.& Service Platform
- Strategic Thinker, Analytic, Influencer, Solution Provider
- Strong planning and administrative skills to lead a large team
- Strong conceptual and domain knowledge of Learning and Instructional Design
