Manager/ Sr. Manager - Training & Development (For Trainee Engineers)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares holistic learning plan for trainee programs based on business requirements / feedback
- Manages the plan by liasoning with internal facilitators and businesses
- Conducts assessments, reviews learning logs and shares developmental feedback for all the trainees
- Develops vendor relationships and maps them to our needs
- Handholds the trainee learning through various initiatives
- Manages budgets as per plan
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for events
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Modifies programs as needed
- Reports and tracks all L & D KPIs / Data
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff
- Actively support efforts to create a learning culture
- Proactively uses analytics and insights for data driven decisions. Track and measures the impact to business outcomes
- Analyzes and makes recommendations to enhance the quality of initiatives, support the creation and execution of initiatives; employs innovative, scalable initiatives to promote an inclusive culture
CANDIDATES QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE-
- Master in Business Administration / Masters in Human Resources from Tier 1 College
- 8+ years of experience in HR discipline with a proven track record in L & D space.
