Manager / Sr. Manager - Third Party Risk Management Responsibilities : - Maintenance and implementation of the Allianz Technology Outsourcing policy - Support Business Owners in performing their tasks under the Outsourcing Policy during the outsourcing lifecycle - Coordinating Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) for outsourcers - Discuss observations with relevant stakeholders, agree remedial actions and monitor their timely implementation - Perform QA on the RCSA, scoping and testing - Report on IRCS results and status of action plans to senior management - Independently oversee the quality of service management activities in relation to various vendors. This will include contract compliance, service level management, client satisfaction and cost management. In case of any gaps identified, discuss the same with relevant stakeholders and agree corrective course of action - Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, establishing a culture of engagement while adding value - Team player, ability to work individually and in teams, share information, support colleagues and encourage participation - Work with global teams in the early identification of emerging issues and reporting them to AZ Technology management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management - Flexibility to travel as needed Qualification & Experience : - Professional accounting / auditing qualification such as Chartered Accountant / CPA / CIA - Additional professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, CISA, CISSP, COBIT etc. is preferable - 9 to 14 years of post-qualification experience in Governance / Risk Management / Internal Audit - Experience in managing outsourcing third-party activities - Experience interacting with colleagues in a multinational Audit and / or Control Assurance function team environment preferred
