- Proven work experience as a Plant Technical Trainer,
- Responsible for imparting training to the new Engineers of the company.
- Responsible for training all the employees of Production, Maintenance, Quality & Planning on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Training.
- Competency Profiling (Mapping) for the various departments of Plant
- TNI (Training Need Identification) of all department employees based on training needs suggested by their superior during appraisal talk.
- Preparation of Qualification matrix and rolling of training calendar based on TNI.
- Interacting with External agencies for conducting Soft skill training for Plant employees
- Responsible for conducting the Technical IT trainings for the plant employees
