Manager/Senior Manager - Taxation - FMCG - CA

Hi We are hiring for Manager/Senior Manager Taxation for one of our clients based out of Mumbai from FMCG background, CA is must.

Job Description:

1.Complete responsibility for both Direct Taxation or Indirect Taxation for all locations.

2. Ensure smooth functioning of the Organization by preventing obstructions that can arise from tax issues faced by the Organization.

3. Tax Planning and restructuring.

4. Representing before relevant authorities for issued faced by the Organization.

5. Advising management as to how transactions should be structured so as to minimize the overall tax impact of the organization.

6. Advising management about strategies to be followed/pursued for the issues faced by the organization.

7. Attending assessments, appeals, re visionary proceedings, investigations, summons pertaining to critical issues faced from Tax Department, liaison with Advocates and Tax Consultants and advising management on the best course of action to be followed.

8. Advising management on the impact of amendments, court decisions and suggest ways to minimize tax impact.
