- Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager- Taxation  - Reporting to: CEO  - Level: M8/M7  - Location: Mumbai Kalina   - Minimum Qualification: Qualified CA  - Required experience range: 7 to 8 Years  - Offered CTC: 14-15 Lacs  Purpose:  To manage the Direct/ Indirect Tax matters & compliances for the companies.  Roles and Responsibilities:   1. Experience in handling transfer pricing, Transfer pricing audit, Transfer pricing assessment and Transfer pricing compliance.   2. Statutory Compliances of all Direct and Indirect Tax matters i.e. Computation of income tax and deferred tax   3. Timely and accurate accounting of Tax.  4. Handling Audit, Assessments & Litigations for Company Tax matters.  5. Consulting Tax consultants for seeking advice on tax matters.  6. Setting up processes for appropriate tax compliance.  7. Participating in the Quarterly Accounts Finalization and audit process w.r.t Fixed Assets consolidation and tax matters.  8. GST coverage for all business verticals & other Service entities.  9. Liaising with senior members and vertical teams at various locations on tax issues, projects, and initiatives.  10. Examine and opine on tax implications of GST rolling out in India.  11. Attend all the queries related to GST.  12. Be actively involved in business strategies and planning from GST perspective.  13. Evaluate available options for business decisions from GST perspective.  14. Regularly track all the changes in the GST laws which may have an impact over existing and future business and keeping the management in the loop of the potential impact.  15. Overall responsibility for all tax compliance activities in India.  16. Manage GST related reporting, the filing of returns etc at corporate as well as regional level.  17. Review & reconciliation of GST related numbers in the financials for internal reporting as well as statutory reporting for GST.  Stakeholder management  1. CFO and Financial Controllers of Business Verticals.  2. Tax functional team.   Desired Candidate's Profile:  1. Chartered Accountant with 7 to 8 years of post-qualification experience with at least 5 years full-time experience in Tax function (Direct/Indirect both).   2. Candidates from Service / Logistics Industry would be preferred.  3. Transactional Tax advisory experience  4. Experience in handling Audits & litigations related to Service Tax, Customs Excise etc.  5. Proficiency in GST provisions, assisting in GST Implementation for the Group.
