Manager/Senior Manager - Tax Compliance - Big4 - CA

Looking for CAs Manager/Sr Manager Tax Compliance - Back office with a Big 4

Work Location - Navi Mumbai (Jui Nagar)

- CA with Tax compliance experience

- Relevant Tax Compliance related experience or willing to shift to Tax compliance related work

- Good in communication

- Should have experience of operationally managing & leading teams and delivering tax compliance related work

- Should be ok to do non-client facing job

Skills Required :

Operations Management : Contribute to the management, operation and performance of the organisation; to ensure it meets its targets and supports the delivery of organizational and strategic goals, service management, SLA Tracking,

Knowledge : Good understanding of the processes of tax and accounting advisory practices

Responsibilities :

Will head the operations of their respective service lines verticals (Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, GMS etc.) within the ICoE. The incumbent would be responsible for streamlining the service line operations. The individual would also be responsible for:

- Operational delivery and efficiency

- Client Facing team (CFT) management & communication

- Leadership & people management

- The Delivery of (SLA/KPI) & process improvements

- Quality assurance

- Operationally manage & lead teams delivering all tax processes under the respective Service Lines
