Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Management - Startup - TISS/XLRI/MDI (5-10 yrs)
- To ensure execution of follow up actions coming out of Talent Reviews, with regards to Talent Development, Succession readiness and Talent movement tracking.
- To work closely with Business and Functional leaders to define clear performance metrics including acceptable and stretch performance norms for their respective teams, that impact business outcomes
- Exposure of having worked in HR Consulting companies with direct Customer interface on HR systems implementation or transformation projects of any nature.
- Performance Management program
- Set up, deployment, change management, tracking. Experience of working with Business Leaders to set Goals and Metrics.
- Experience of setting up an Agile performance management system will be an added advantage.
Key competencies:
- Strong Conceptual knowledge of Performance and Talent Management Processes.
- Operational Exposure to Performance Management process deployment and tracking.
- Experience in developing and deploying Assessments to assess leadership competencies
- Candidates from Premier B-School (TISS/XLRI/MDI) preferred
- Candidates currently or previously working with Consulting Industry in people advisory role (EY, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, Aon, Mercer)
