Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Management & Organization Development - BFS

- To design and facilitate key talent processes to create an internal bench of ready manpower.

- Conceptualisation & Implementation of D&I Initiatives and implementation of HR Brand Strategy.

- Support in defining Talent Management Architecture keeping in mind best in class practices.

- Design & execute talent management programs like future leadership program

- Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programs, systems and processes to design talent programs for leaders at various levels.

- Design succession management plan

- Building mechanisms to Identify and develop Hi-Pots

- Ensure that key talent follow appropriate development tracks through creation of employee development plans and periodic tracking of the same

- Preparing & Monitoring Talent Dashboards at regular intervals

- Facilitate Coaching in the organisation

- Execution of Diversity and Inclusion strategies for the Financial Services Sector.

- Act as a liaison with other HR teams to work on the Diversity & Inclusion related activities working towards the periodic tracking such activities.

Desired Profile : MBA-Fulltime with Min-8 Years Experience,
