Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent strategy design and implementation - support in design and implementation of the Talent Management strategy with defined timelines and clear governance frameworks
- Design and facilitation skills - posses proven capability in instructional design and content development to design and develop programs internally as needed and facilitate these workshops and/or awareness sessions.
- Project Manager Leadership Development programs- create and manage stringent SOPs for successfully executing various leadership development programs as per world - class benchmarks.
- Strengthen understanding of leadership Competency Framework in the organization - identify measures to make the existing competency framework more robust; collaborate with business to roll- out the competency framework for consistent understanding across employee groups, locations, and functions
- Talent Reviews - Support in talent review process, ensure rigorous adherence of talent reviews cadence and calibration across the organization.
- Individual Development Plans(IDP) - design and lead the campaign on how to create individual development plans for all relevant employee pools, including measures, audits, and providing regular documented feedback
- Assessment and development Centres - support in leadership assessment/ development centres either in-house or through external consultants
- Budget preparation for the COE - to ensure cost optimization and all development interventions are managed within the budget
- Partnerships - collaborate with industry and in-house coaching and mentoring programs to further enhance leadership skills. Negotiate and discuss with vendors or consultants to finalize the contracts in case of organization-wide projects.
