Position Title: Talent Management - Manager / Sr. Manager Location: Delhi Reporting to: CHRO Budget: 16-22 LPA Qualifications and Experience: Academic Qualification - Master's degree in HR preferred with at least 8 - 12 years of work experience, preferably 5 years in IT/ fast growth Tech-based Organization Work Experience - Hands on experience and strong understanding in Talent Development and Talent Management strategy - design and execution - Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development - Atleast 5-7 years- experience working in designing customized HR solutions for a growing business - Has good exposure to various models of Talent management including Retention and Compensation strategy - Ability to work individually and with team Position Purpose: To Develop & Implement effective Talent Management Strategy, achieve - right caliber talent, implement processes, systems and policies, towards enabling the Organization achieve growth and drive business results Roles and Responsibilities: - Support the CHRO in Developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned to the business objectives and company HR initiatives - As a Business Partner, manage organizational and procedural changes within the business area - Define and implement company's talent management processes across geographies - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring metrics that support the achievement of business goals, necessary aspects of HR and training and development - Create systems & processes to create a smooth onboarding & induction, regular feedback on the employee settling in the organization - Create appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development - Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans - Deliver and report on the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement Key Competencies Required: - Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills - Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams with different stakeholders - Strong experience with HR data analysis and HR domain knowledge is preferred - Highly collaborative and the ability to adopt a - Work With- mentality - Highly capable of working in a matrix oriented, multi-geographical setup - Ability to handle ambiguity; reduce complexity and drive to outcomes - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities - Manage multiple priorities simultaneously - oriented on results - Has worked on implementation and use of HRMS About company: Asia's Largest Professional Network of Doctors, vision is to be the world's most innovative, and trusted digital partner of medical professionals with an aim to drive better patient outcomes.
