Job Description:

Talent Management : 

1. On boarding and Induction : Delivering the on boarding and induction program at the corporate office and east region.Facilitating the same through BU HRs for North, South and West regions.

2. Performance management : Ensuring every new joiner has his BBSC set within 30 days, followed by mid-term and annual reviews . Data collation, communication for the same. Ensuring the BBSC gets updated in case of change of role. This will also include ensuring JDs are prepared and maintained for all positions.

3. Performance Improvement Plans : Administering and handling all PIP (performance improvement program) cases by partnering with the business. Targeting to increase retention by structured performance related interventions.

4. Attrition analytics : Exit interviews and associated interventions. Insights to functions for reducing attrition. Assistance in creating function specific action plan based on SMART goals linked with business productivity.

5. Campus connects and associated training : Assisting training of sales trainees, management trainees, and summer interns. Organizing structured reviews and ensuring adherence to learning diaries. SPOC for all campus programs.

6. Psychometrics : Assisting in implementing psychometric assessments and behavioral event interviewing formats while acquiring talent.

7. Career Progression : Assisting in developing career paths, initially for the sales force, later on other functions as well.

8. Career Progression : Building assessment centres for development of sales workforce for next level.

9. Retention interventions : Employee connect. Facilitating skip level connects feedback sessions, one on one sessions and townhouses.

10. HR best practices : Assistance in critically analyzing existing policies of the FMCG business and aligning them with industry best practices (Relevant to the current phase and need of the FMCG business) .

11. Measuring Employee Engagement and addressing function specific opportunities through a S.M.A.R.T. action plan. Driving emp engagement activities annual calendar.
