- Looking for a Incumbent who is Independently handling the Talent Management vertical at corporate level.
- Should be responsible for Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Rewards & Recognition, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits.
- Also able to handle the people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment.
- Experience in implementing HR systems and policies, conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams. Work experience of Success Factors.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Relationship Management skills are must.
- Exposure in FMCG, Consumer business, Consumer Durable would be an added advantage.
- Full time MBA - HR from a decent Institute is a must. Only female candidate required.
