Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Management - Chemical Business (8-12 yrs)
Looking for Sr. Manager-HR (Talent Management) for a client for their Chemical business based at Gujarat ( A great place to work, accommodation, school) etc.
We are encourage to person having below skill set in manufacturing environment/corporate role person also eligible.
- Have the knowledge of making and implementing balance scorecard.
- Identification of training needs across levels and further development as per competency matrix of the organization.
- Develop & maintain training database and report, Present dashboard to top management.
- Preparation of training modules for teams
- Must have conducted PMS cycles on his/ her own (Atleast three cylces)
- Knowledge of Success factors will be an added advantage.
- Developing training solutions that meet business needs.
- Align training with the organization's strategic goals.
- Create a training budget and keep operations within budget.
- Creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees
- Candidate should have Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
