Role: Manager - TA

About the position: This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the HEAD TA (Corporate). The individual will be responsible to deliver Mid & Junior level positions across Corporate & R&D functions like sales, marketing, support functions etc.

About the Role: In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in Talent attraction, recruitment processes, and day-to-day operations that drive recruiting strategy. Developing strategic hiring plans to meet company goals, including gathering information about job openings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates. Stakeholder management will also play an important part of the role.

You will play a key role in

Attracting & Hiring the best talent for - R&D - Corporate - Marketing - Emerging Markets - Biologics

The candidate should have a good grasp on sourcing from different platforms Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

The ideal candidate should also have the ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis

Should be adept in Talent mapping, Niche hiring, retrieving market intelligence and mapping of industries best practices.

Communicating regularly with managers regarding hiring progress and providing updates on the status of open positions.

Accountable for Credo and Big five assessments of candidates.

KRA's :

- Focus on enhancing Quality of sourcing

- Reducing TAT of the positions

- Managing and reducing cost per hire.

- Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure that all candidates meet minimum qualifications for the position.

- Negotiating salaries and benefits packages with candidates and hiring managers on behalf of the company.

- Developing recruitment strategies to attract candidates who meet hiring requirements.

- Communicating regularly with managers regarding hiring progress and providing updates on the status of open positions.

- Scheduling interviews basis the availability of the candidates and hiring managers.

- Candidate engagement till his joining and sending the engagement kits.

- Raising hiring requests on JIRA and ensuring smooth onboarding of the candidates in collaboration with the HRBP

Minimum Qualifications

- 8 to 13 years of experience recruiting entry to mid level professionals

- Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process

- Exceptional candidate management skills along with a professional, polished demeanor

- Experience communicating with senior leadership

- Ability and experience to articulate complex and in-depth concepts along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills

- Must have a strong professional network and be motivated to utilize outside sources

- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Commitment to quality, fairness and professionalism
