- Develop and implement programs key to recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and drive employment initiatives and design and articulate a branding strategy for to become an exciting employer of choice.
- Develop and establish key performance metrics for the TA function, track and report it for the goal of creating a world-class high-performing TA organization.
- Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to TA.
- Manage and inspire a talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy, updating the staffing status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans.
- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Be the trusted advisor that BUs can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence
- Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience
