Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing/Building Material Industry (8-14 yrs)
Position: Manager/ Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition
Reports to: CHRO
Key Responsibilities: -
- Partner with the Business to understand the gaps in the Talent pool
- Fill the current open positions within the agreed SLAs - Plan ahead for the future Talent requirement
- Create Job Descriptions with the inputs of the Business Heads & Line Managers
- Establish the prerequisites for the role in terms of education, skills, experience & attitude
- Find the right candidates through various sourcing options
- Ensure candidates meet the job specifications
- Engage with the immediate hiring managers to understand the nuances of the positions
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders on the status of open positions and any corrective steps in case of deviation
- Engage with offered candidates to ensure they join as per plan
- Vendor Management & empanelment
Qualification and Experience: -
- Must have 8+ years of relevant TA work experience in a corporate office
- Must have at least 8 years of recruitment experience in hiring for similar industry - (Manufacturing/building material)
- Experience in usage of multiple sourcing techniques
- Understand the position requirements and create comprehensive JDs
- Should be able to create & streamline TA processes & Systems
- Tap and source passive candidates
- Manage stakeholders at various levels on the status of open positions.
