Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT (10-15 yrs)
Position: Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr Manager-Chennai (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role:
- Manpower Budgeting and Recruitment Planning for the location
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment for the location
- Work on talent strategy and build talent intelligence
- Work on ways of attracting the best resources for the various positions at the location
- Create Skill Matrix and define job descriptions for the positions
- Manage stakeholders, i.e., heads of the BUs at the location with respect to their talent acquisition requirements
- Manage a team
- Manage vendor relationships
- Market mapping
- Design and manage various dashboards/HR Metrics to know the cost, quality and retention of new hires
- Create Candidate pipeline of resources for open/future positions
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) with 10-15 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Should have worked in a Large IT Services/ Captive Company/ Big-4 and handled large numbers
- Should have experience in working on Leadership roles
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Should have managed a team
