One of the Largest Industrial Houses is hiring a Young, Passionate & exciting HR Professional who has flair for Technology and thinks clearly. The professional can be from TA space or from non-TA space. The role is based out of Mumbai in the GHQ.

Job Purpose:

It is the part of the apex HR team for the entire Group& is expected to deliver best in class Staffing Processes across diverse business contexts and countries. The new age businesses present a different set of requirements which need to be looked and improved recruitment matrices by utilizing social recruitment. Responsible for the Group's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as well as Employer Brand (EB). This position helps the Talent Staffing in implementing various initiatives and technology driven programs to support the Group's EVP and Employer Brand proposition.

This Supports Group Head Talent Staffing on driving initiatives across the businesses with a specific focus on institutionalizing the new processes, policies & systems towards strengthening the Employee Value Proposition, Employer Brand & Recruitment Capability.

Key Result Areas

- Recruitment & other Strategic Initiatives like Proactive Mapping & Select Searches Support, building diversity manufacturing pipeline.

- Institutionalize internal gig platform and create a culture of development through short term project opportunities that provide exposures to new business / vertical / functions.

- Driving internal mobility through IJPs and ensuring processes and policies are in place to facilitate smooth internal movement of an employee from one business or business unit to another.

- Driving employer branding among diversity talent pool externally through partnerships with various forums. Also scouting for diversity talent who could potentially join the group.

- To benchmark and implement policies / practices in the area of Recruitment and Onboarding in order to identify and engage high quality talent and enhance the quality of hire for the Group Skills

- Hiring process governance that requires to Review approvals that come in from business for various policies like rehire, near relations etc.

Skills & Experience :

- The job demands an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

- MBA in HR from Premier /Top B School

- Someone with 5-7 years of exp

- Loads of Energy

- Passionate about the work

- Someone with Bias for Technology
