Experience - 5 to 7 years
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead corporate talent acquisition team to support senior position recruitment and mass recruitment for new hospital projects.
- Act as a talent advisor, communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to stakeholders, hiring managers and hospital HR teams.
- Build and shape talent acquisition function throughout all hospitals in China to ensure consistent processes and practices.
- Identify the best suitable talents for various roles in China to enhance effective recruitment.
- Develop creative & innovative sourcing channels with a focus on direct sourcing to ensure successful delivery of talents.
- Build up employer brand in the market to attract and retain talents, and develop talent pools for business growth & expansion.
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in recruitment/talent management/ employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities with hands-on operational experience and strong business acumen.
- Positive, creative, presentable, open-minded, and willing to adapt and take on challenges and pressures.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-pace and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be mobile or travel frequently.
