Reporting to the Head TA, will be responsible for Talent Acquisition  The role will require you to focus on recruitment strategy   Experience:  - 8 - 15 years of experience.   - Experience in FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing is must.  - Will take care of end to end recruitment.   Manufacturing background will be an added advantage  - Managing Senior level Recruitment mandates for the region.   - Managing the recruitment requirements of the organisation.   - Responsible for the recruitment related initiatives and reporting.
