Some examples of our innovation are - lending against digital gold, 100% paperless/digital loan onboarding process, computer vision to test gold purity as opposed to manual testing, auto- scheduling of feet-on-street, customer self-onboarding, gold locker model to expand TAM & launch zero-touch gold loans, zero network business app & many more.

Responsibilities :

1. Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals. Research into clients company

2. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

3. Create a candidate persona for each open position

4. Conduct confidential interviews, Follow-up references and check credits. Present shortlisted candidates

5. Present detailed candidate profile summaries, Build long-term client relationships
