Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Chemicals/Petrochemicals (9-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Must have exposure to large volume hiring (Minimum 200 per year) and working knowledge of using ATS.
- Preparing recruitment plan for all MS & other positions as per manpower plan
- Coordinate with the recruitment agencies and the HODs for hiring process
- Organize selection process
- Reduction of Manpower hiring cost
- Use of Analytics in Recruitment
- Implement findings received from Analytics team related to demographics in recruitment plan
- Co-ordinate with candidates for administrative requirements while joining.
- Ensure joining process for Management and staff level positions as per policy
- Prepare orientation plan and ensure induction meetings are conducted as per plan.
