Manager/Sr. Manager- Talent Acquisition( on contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end- end recruitments for both external and internal hiring's in coordination with hiring managers
- Identify and source right talent for current open roles within the organization
- To build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing of candidates
- Source candidate through various hiring platforms- social media, job boards and other networking sites
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates
- Administer aptitude and psychometric tests as per process
- End-to end management of Internal Job Posting and Referral Program
- Create a positive candidate hiring experience
- Manage Salary negotiation and Offer management process
- Maintain & update recruitment dashboards on a regular basis
- Analyse recruitment dashboards and suggest improvements to fill gaps if any in hiring process
- Engage with Search Partners for quality and timely delivery on search mandates
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDBA with 8+ years- experience in end-end recruitment process
- Good understanding of various selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of Social media and job boards
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
- Excellent communication skills
