Suppler part development for new product and change implementation for existing product.

Driving ProCert requirement for the entire program.

Developing parts as per the program schedule

Ensure all supplier part qualification along with PPAP sign off.

Support in supplier selection process.

Work with program team and ensure all quality concerns are taken care during development stage.

Drive RRCA for suppler defective parts and implement corrective actions

Should be BE Mechanical/ Electrical engineer

Minimum 10 year of experience in supplier quality & part development area.

Should have strong technical knowledge of various manufacturing processes.

Should be able to conduct supplier system and process audit.

Should have knowledge of ProCert process and should be able to drive the same with supplier

Six sigma black belt will be added advantage for this profile.

Should have strong leadership skills

Should have good communication skills

Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
