- This is a role in the Strategy & Program management team
Key Result Areas:
- Overall accountability of identifying and executing on strategic initiatives, working across various business units
- Identify and build point of views/business cases for initiatives of strategic importance
- Define program scope, structure program execution plan, baseline metrics/goals
- Work with various business stakeholders to deliver on committed program outcomes
- Identify, manage, resolve and/or escalate issues/risks at the program level
- Report progress on program status to the program sponsor and stakeholders
- Enable and foster a high-performance culture through internal and cross-group
- Initiatives and events, and participate in cross-team projects to optimize organizational performance
Person Profile:
- The individual must have 9-12 years of experience with strong mix of strategy and operations or consulting (internal or external)
- The candidate must have exceptional communication skills and a very strong ability to manage a variety of globally dispersed leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to "get things done"; drive outcomes on key initiatives
- Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns and derive insights; and a structured and logical approach to decision making
- Ability to own and drive initiatives working with senior leadership
- Ability to work through complex and evolving environments under minimal supervision
- Should be strong willed, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast
- Hands-on with MS Office suite of tools
- Prefer an MBA degree/equivalent and experience in GCC/SaaS/IT Product companies
