We are hiring for Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy, Mergers &amp; Acquisition - our client based at Gurgaon. - The main objective of role is to lead set of pursuits professionals and provide strategical insights in delivery of - go to market- pitches including origination packs, industry analysis and thought leadership paper. - The candidate is expected to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key sector leaders and Account leads. Education: - A Bachelor's and an advanced degree (Masters or PGDM) in Finance - 10 to 18 years relevant experience, of which a minimum 8 years should be in quantitative analytics/financial advisory/consulting (preferably with one of the Big 4s / a leading consulting / a specialized valuation services firms) - The demonstrated ability to work within a given budget and schedule, ensuring top-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary Responsibilities: - Hands on experience in sourcing, analysing and synthesising of data to derive actionable insights and contribute to clients required strategy in the areas of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A), business improvement and opportunity assessments - Provide market insights to the client pitches and thought leadership through various research tools and domain experience - Quality review of work completed by the team members and provide strategic inputs to final output for making the client experience truly exceptional - Proactively develop new products/services and solutions for delivering insights and winning in markets - Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery - Develop excellent relationships with global stakeholders and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with engagement process and work products - Direct the progress of engagement work, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance - Conduct timely performance reviews of team and help in developing and guiding by providing effective performance feedback/training and ensuring that team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals.
