Manager/Senior Manager - Statutory Audit - Insurance/Treasury/Investment Banking/Capital Market (7-12 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for
- Leading few audit engagements and providing an oversight role on them
- Strategy, Innovation, quality and business support team oversight. Contribute and drive the development of strategic initiatives and vision on the audit of the future
- Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of staff members
- Motivate, develop and coach Managers, Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to deliver quality and to become effective leaders
Eligibility Criteria
You will need to have,
- Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA).
- 7+ years of experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working on Financial Services audits.
