Manager/Senior Manager - SOX Financial Internal Audit - BFS - CA (7-14 yrs)
Manager - SOX Financial Internal Audit - CA Mandatory (7+ Years)
We are looking for CA professional having expertise in SOX Audit, Testing, and Internal Audit. The incumbent should come with a team handling experience. In addition to this fundamental understanding of risk assessment practices is highly appreciable.
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting & Managing risk-based SOX audits.
- Managing, and on occasion execution of multiple audit assignments simultaneously as per the audit plan.
- Reviewing and approving documented results of audit work/SOX testing procedures to ensure compliance with the internal requirements and IIA standards
- Reviewing and approving Potential Audit/SOX findings, including distribution to the audit client for agreement
- Reviewing & / or drafting SOX scorecards.
- Supporting the IADs in conducting Global Internal Audit Quality Assurance reviews
- Assisting the Global Internal Audit Senior Leadership Team in the implementation of the Audit Center strategic goals
- Assisting in the screening, recruiting, and interviewing of employment candidates when vacancies arise
Requirements:
- CA Qualification Mandatory
- 7+ Years of work experience in public accounting and/or industry dealing with SOX Key Control testing (Big 4 experience highly desired)
- 2+ years of team handling experience
- Strong team / project engagement and co-ordination
- Strong understanding of professional audit standards, SOX, and risk assessment practices
- Maintain knowledge of current accounting and auditing practices through continuing professional education
