The company plans for an exponential growth both through an organic and inorganic means over the next two years. Company today has presence in US, EMEA and Asia. We have development centres in Gurgaon, Hyderabad and the US. They have major focus on Microsoft Technologies, Enterprise Consumer Mobile Application Solutions and Open Source Solutions. We are also into Internet of Things (IoT), ERP, Big Data and Cloud computing.
The person will manage the sales team, be responsible for achieving ambitious growth plans, and engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that we achieve and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth in all service lines.
This role is all about collaborating with various departments to develop propositions for our services, to inspire the Sales Team and lead the team of Sales professionals to sell our services to international markets.
Skills & Background required
- BE/ BTECH & MBA mandatory - CGPA of above 7 in graduation & above 8 in PG mandatory
- Should have experience in doing outbound sales for IT companies of 200 - 5000 people.
- Should have good network with start-ups.
- Lead generation through outbound process.
- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and mapping international markets and maintain database.
- Responsible for preparing the proposals for the sales and preparing in RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
- Respond to queries raised by prospective Clients (mandatory).
- Preparation of pre-sales material like datasheets, flyers, newsletters, brochures etc
- Sales and Business Development in IT solution/ Services Space.
- Familiarity with sales process automation tools.
- Prospect/ Customer/ Market need Analysis
