Desirable : Exposure to Banking and Financial Services domain

- Exposure to Telecom, Manufacturing, Utilities/ other domains

Technical : Hands-on either Java or Microsoft .NET Platform and Database/SQL

Know-How : SOA, BPM, BRE, Enterprise Content Management, Analytics,

- Performance tuning, Digital Technology (Mobile, Cloud, Social, Analytics)

Awareness : Technology Trends and Advancements

- Opportunity identification in BPO domain to add value thru IT

- Enhance existing BPO output/deliverables thru Technical Solution

- Conceptualize an Integrated (IT + BPO + IS) solution

- Hands-on development experience for creating PoC- s

- Support pre-sales and RFP response for Technology Solution

- Get acceptance of solution from BPO Delivery Teams

- Leverage XYZ IT/IS/Domain Expertise in Solution Conceptualization and Delivery
