-Campus - End to end - Shortlisting campus- building employer brand at Campus, recruitments
Social Media Recruitment :
- Recruitment through all the social media tools other than just job portals
Senior most level position closures
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Must know how to leverage social media connect with talent branding and position closures.
- Should have handled Branding on Campus.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships, positive work relationships with peers, management, and key stakeholders.
- Must have outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner, High energy level, and passion, with an ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-orientation with problem-solving skills and effective decision-making capability.
